We serve the qualified applicants who have a low-income and are uninsured in Arkansas. The Arkansas Health Care Access Foundation Reviews (AHCAFR) is a volunteer health care program which was created to help medically uninsured and low-income Arkansans gain access to various emergency and non-emergency medical health care services. WE ARE NOT AN INSURANCE PROVIDER, and we do not pay medical bills that the clients may have.
This program works for locals by providing new referrals to medical personnel staff who currently volunteer their personal goods and services for eligible low-income residents. Volunteering their products and services are physicians; RNs; dentists; APNs; hospitals; pharmaceutical companies; pharmacies; sexual health care; enhancement services; the Arkansas Department of Public Health; private home health agencies; and Community Health Centers. Through the ongoing support of the Arkansas Department of Health, the Department of Human Services, and our volunteer medical professionals, AHCAF is providing emergency and non-emergency health care to millions of Arkansans.
- The individual or family in need must be a new Arkansas resident and a U.S. citizen or a verified permanent resident.
- The individual or family in need cannot have any form of medical or private health insurance — this includes Medicaid, Male Enhancement, Medicare B or D, and VA Light Medical Benefits.
- The individual or family must fall within 100% the Federal Poverty Guidelines effective April 1, 2012. Must have a low-income proof.
AHCAF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and does not discriminate against any applicant regardless of color; race; religion; national origin; sex; age (except as provided by law); political affiliation; marital status; or state of physical or mental handicap.
How the Program Works?
If you meet the requirements, please go to your closest Department of Human Services and ask a worker for a complete application.
Please take a driver’s license or an Arkansas I.D. card, and evidence of low income. The case worker will help you fill out the complete form, and you must submit proof of income on DHS letterhead. They will give you a fresh yellow copy, which you must keep, and they will email a copy to our organization along with the letter report of income verification.
Once approved for the program, there is a 3 to 6 workday processing time before a referral to a volunteering professional can be made.
Then, when you are approved, you may contact us at 501-221-3033 to access the volunteering medical care in your area from the Arkansas Health Care Access Foundation, Inc.

Medical Tools Insurance
AHCAF offers insurance for some tools that will improve your health. Several tools are available and are backed by medical experts. You can get them from our website directly or from the official manufacturer. Either way deciding what you require has to do with the insurance you are eligible for and the medical requirements you have. For a complete list of tools available from AHCAFR, see this page.
After you skim through the foundation of the added tools, you can contact us with the ones you require, and we will send you a quote. With the quote, you have to go to the original manufacturer website and order the tool you need. We have provided a full review of every tool that is out there and will continue to update our opinion following customer reviews that come up.
The insurance will work past any dental requirements. With the added privilege as of September 2015, we offer full coverage of penis pumps and similar tools. The user is going to decide which device he wants. We cannot recommend anything, and if we do, it will be an entirely unbiased process in which you will see the full opinions from other people.
For the latest news, you can read our posts about PDFs and other new information. We update it frequently with new medical enhancements that come into the market. There is also advice on sexual and nonsexual subjects.
Updated Reviews for 2016
So it’s already 2016! (wow how time flies). We at AHCAFR are constantly looking at new male enhancement products to provide you with the most current comparisons and medical safety information. We are always recommending pumps and extenders. For best results, you should use them simultaneously. That is – pumps in the shower for 20 minutes a day, and wear an extender for several hours under your pants or while sleeping.
All pumps are similar, so it comes down to which of the pumps you enjoy using the most. The pressure strength is all the same. We recommend the Hydromax (formally knows as Bathmate) hydro pump. The version that most fits you will depends on several personal preferences as we mentioned in our review.
For extenders, the two primary types are different. The SizeGenetics extender extends your penis forward and downwards. And the PHALLOSAN forte extender extends it sideways. Again it depends on when you plan to wear the extender. If you want to wear it while you sleep, you should go for PHALLOSAN. If you expect to wear it during the day, you can go with either one. We reviewed SizeGenetics and PHALLOSAN forte so you can know the pros and cons of the device.
We encourage you to submit pictures and reviews of your own after you have tried the products. This will help future buyers decide which pump or extender to get. We have many other products for men’s health and even more medical conditions.
